Here at Alderley Edge Dental we understand that the unexpected can happen. Registered patients will be given priority but we also accept new patients for emergency treatment.
Please give us a call and we will offer you our next available dedicated emergency slot. We aim to see all of our emergency patients as soon as possible.
If it is out of hours, please complete the enquiry form and one of our team members will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Alternatively, we have an emergency telephone line available on our practice voicemail.
A dental emergency is sudden onset of pain, facial or mouth swelling, broken teeth causing pain or unexpected tooth loss.
Yes, we charge an emergency fee plus the fee for any required dental treatment. If an emergency is out of hours we may charge a “call out fee” which will be advised prior to your appointment.
If you are not in acute pain nor have a facial swelling we will still aim to see you as soon as possible. Please explain the situation to our kind reception team and we can advise you of the best options available.
